DEA Can Now Confiscate the White House As Crack House

Civil asset forfeiture is a controversial policy that empowers law enforcement officers and representatives to seize personal property – cash, cars, homes, boats, jewelry, and clothing – from anyone, even if the property owner is not suspected of criminal activity. If you rent your house out and the renter engages in drugs, kiss your property goodbye. This is the THIRD Trime the White House has been used as a drug den since this is the third time the Secret Service has discovered drugs in the White House. Anyone else would have lost their home on the first offense. Perhaps the DEA will follow the law and not yield to special interests to look the other way.

It certainly looks like Crack Houses have moved up in society.

So much for Equal Protection of the Law
