This is a special report issued on the request of so many institutional clients to explain how I arrived at capital flows analysis back in the 1980s and its application today, as some central banks have adopted this methodology in light of the failure of Keynesian Economics. This is the first time I have outlined this form of analysis in a specialized report. This also deals with the velocity of money and the back-drop behind booms and busts.
