ANSWER: Yes, your memory is correct. The judge was as corrupt as Trump discovered in New York City. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals is corrupt and they only protect the judges and government and even refuse to order judges to stop committing felonies by changing the transcripts. To be thrown in jail on civil contempt, you should have an order that specifies what it is you are supposed to do. I NEVER had such an order, and when I asked for one, the Judge simply said to his Receiver, “I thought you did that.” I should have legally been released then and there. He kept me in prison without any order.

They released me from contempt and then told the Supreme Court the case was “moot” to get out of the whole mess.

The judge in Trump’s case dismissed that, and in my case, I reported only once, and that was it. They were afraid I would go right back to the Supreme Court. As soon as I got out, Congress invited me to Washington, where I was introduced as the guy with this model they were trying to suppress.

The Democrats completely flipped the position against illegal immigration mainly because they have to be the opposite of whatever Trump did, regardless of the issue. They hated Trump because he was not a politician, and how dare anyone think they could be elected and upset their cozy thiefdom. If Trump wants to build a wall, they must tear it down. This is what 2032 will be: a reset for the government, which is no longer for the people. It is for them only.

Confidential sources explained that Biden really thought opening the border as he did on day one would be his legacy. He thought he would go down in history as the next FDR and allow the country to be flooded with illegal immigrants regardless of skills or language.

Hungary May Not Renew Russian Sanctions

Brussels has been eager to oust Hungarian leader Viktor Orban. The prime minister has grown bolder in his battle against Ukraine regarding the nation blocking gas imports from Russia. Orban has not declared that he may not renew the European Union’s required sanction on Russia unless Ukraine renews the Russian pipeline deal. A final decision will be made today.

“Now the issue of extending sanctions is on the agenda, I have put on the handbrake and asked European leaders to understand that this cannot continue,” said Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, speaking to state broadcaster Kossuth Radio. “Hungary cannot be made to pay the price of sanctions in such proportions.”

Current EU criteria demand that all 27 EU nations increase penalties against Russia every six months so long as the war continues. The bloc has already frozen €200 billion in sovereign assets and nearly eliminated all trade. The problem is that neighboring nations are more reliant on Russian energy and have been disproportionately affected by these sanctions. Ukraine’s Zelensky recently failed to renew a critical pipeline deal that all but halted Russian gas imports to the EU.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has also spoken out repeatedly, citing the need for Russian energy and warning that his nation will face an energy crisis if Ukraine prevents the flow of gas. “There is no EU legislation or system of sanctions that would hinder Ukraine from continuing the gas transit,” Fico said earlier in the month. “We can’t ignore this topic because everyone knows ignoring it means escalating tensions in the EU and in bilateral relations.”

“The Ukrainians, while it is in their interests to impose sanctions, are now poking their nose into the flour and tampering with the Hungarians, even on the energy side, because they are not allowing gas to flow from Russia to Hungary,” Orbán said.

The Hungarian government asked to delay the penalty renewal process until after the US election. Trump’s decision to threaten Russia with sanctions boldened EU leaders to call out Hungary and demand they follow the lead.

The European Union cannot possibly act in the best interest of all member states. The entire premise of this alliance was doomed from the start. Members are growing increasingly frustrated as Brussels hinders their individual economies and this political instability will be one of the many reasons the EU will cease to exist.

Should the Feds Lower Rates?

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell and Donald Trump face off once again. The two have notoriously butted heads over interest rates, as Trump has accused the Fed of stifling economic growth by raising the cost of borrowing. Speaking at Davos, the president said he would “demand that interest rates drop immediately.”

We all know the Federal Reserve is independent and the White House cannot dictate interest rates. Lowering interest rates does not stimulate the economy, contradictory to the common belief that reducing rates will boost economic growth. The outdated understanding based on Keynesian Economics states that an increase in the supply of money MUST be inflationary. The Fed raises rates to reduce consumption and lowers rates to stimulate consumption.

It’s a very nice theory, but when actually tested, it utterly fails. Lower rates will NEVER cause people to invest until they believe that there is an opportunity to invest. We are watching the big players withdraw from equities, let alone government debt. We are in a private wave where money is running off the grid at a rapid pace.

Once upon a time, you could not borrow against government debt. Thus, it was deemed non-inflationary as long as it could not be used as money. Today, you post bills as collateral to trade futures. The old theories no longer exist in this new, strange world we live in. Hence, all the QE was merely swapping the debt for cash.

Every fiscal policy in recent years has exacerbated inflation and the Fed cannot keep up with government spending. QE FAILED. The artificially low interest rates of the recent past were completely unsustainable and relied on outdated theories.

 

The most significant issues facing our economy are simply out of the Fed’s hands: war, taxation, and government spending. Chairman Jerome Powell surprised everyone when he called spending under the Biden-Harris administration “unsustainable” and warned that it would hurt generations to come. While not a direct criticism, Powell issued a stark warning that aligned with our Revolution Cycle of 72 years. In 1951, the central bank defied the US government by refusing to purchase debt to prevent rate hikes amid the Korean War. The minutes reports always mention that the central bank is keenly monitoring geopolitical events as it must look at all variables from a global standpoint.

The issue of increasing sanctions on Russia, and the rest of the world for that matter, may raise inflationary fears and push long-term rates higher. Then we are looking at the risk of Japan, who holds the bulk of US debt, experiencing a sovereign default in a contagion that will spread to Europe.

We may see the Fed pull back rates this year. Powell understands that Keynesian policies no longer work and raising rates have no effect on inflation. Interest rates are really the price of money in anticipation of future inflation.

US Opens Dialogue with North Korea

Donald Trump’s policy of meeting directly with world leaders is admirable. The world has been on high alert over North Korea’s involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war, yet no one is willing to meet with leader Kim Jong-un. Trump made history during his first term when he crossed over the DMZ line into North Korea, ignoring security risks, and becoming the first US president to do so. Trump has stated he plans to meet with Kim Jong-Un again.

“I will reach out to him again. Kim Jong-un is a smart man. He likes me, and I get along well with him,” the US president stated. This is not a boastful remark as Kim Jong-un does respect Donald Trump. Trump gave his nation legitimacy by taking the time to personally visit and has been the only major world leader willing to talk directly with Kim directly. Trump and Kim did happen to meet for the first time in Singapore which coincidentally aligned with our Asian seminar there.

Their discussions during Trump’s first term did not result in meaningful action, however, it showed America’s willingness to hold diplomatic talks with the hermit kingdom. North Korea has become a much more prominent threat to the world in recent years. Aside from sending 120,000 troops to Russia, the hermit kingdom has drastically grown its nuclear capabilities. Kim has increased his nuclear arsenal and increased testing of long-range missiles that could potentially strike the continental United States.

“North Korea’s denuclearization remains a consistent principle upheld by the international community, including South Korea and the U.S.,” a spokesperson for the South Korean Foreign Ministry said.

North Korea has threatened to use nuclear weapons if the US threatens its sovereignty. South Korea does not possess nuclear weapons but is protected by the United States, with thousands of troops stationed in the country since the end of the Korean War in 1953. Our model on Korea shows that the 72-year Revolutionary Cycle will turn up this year in 2025.

Clearly , tariffs and sanctions would have absolutely zero impact on North Korea. Similar to Russia, North Korea is fighting for its existence and continually on the defense. The nation would have been invaded years ago if it were not for the threat of nuclear war. Russia and China are the nation’s only lifeline but their economy is lifeless and the people. The people are starving as a result of the state of the economy and numerous poor harvests. It will be interesting to see what deal Trump brings the table and how Kim Jong-Un will respond.

I read your article about Fauci’s pardon being unconstitutional, but I have something to add.

The basis for pre-emptive pardons being unlawful can be found in ancient English constitutional law, see the Prince of Orange’s 1688 Declaration of Reason that preceded England’s 1688 Bill of Rights. This carries over to USA via the 9th Amendment “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” A pre-emptive pardon also violates due process of law, see 5th & 14th Amendment and can therefore only be done after conviction, see this passage from the Prince of Orange’s (Future King William IIIs) Declaration of Reason.

“For though the King may pardon the Punishment that a Transgressor has incurred, and to which he is condemned; as in Cases of Treason or Felony; yet it cannot be, with any Colour of Reason, inferred from thence, that the King can intirely suspend the Execution of those Laws relating to Treason or Felony, unless it is pretended, that he is cloathed with a despotick and arbitrary Power, and that the Lives, Liberties, Honours, and Estates of the Subjects, depend wholly on his goodwill and Pleasure, and are intirely subject to him; which must infallibly follow on the King’s having a Power to suspend the Execution of Laws, and to dispense with them.”

This leads to Art.1 of the 1688 Bill of Rights:

“That the pretended Power of Suspending of Laws or the Execution of Laws by Regall Authority without Consent of Parlyament is illegall.” King/President may pardon after conviction but only Parliament/Congress may suspend the law.”

This has similar meaning as Article II of the US Constitution that requires the President to ensure “that the Laws be faithfully executed”

This all goes back to due process of law, the President cannot interfere with due process through the prerogative of pardon or mercy.

Going back to the old world, citing Sir Edward Coke, The US Supreme Court stated in 1855 that The words, “due process of law” (in the 5th & 14th Amendments), were undoubtedly intended to convey the same meaning as the words, “by the law of the land”, in Art.29 Magna Carta 1297.

Pardon Suspension

REPLY: Excellent research. The Common Law is supposed to apply in the USA.  You are correct. A Preemptive Pardon is the equivalent of the suspension of law and further denies Equal Protection of the Law. They MUST plead guilty to their crime, and only then can they receive a pardon.

I hope Trump’s team reads this. As the outgoing president, Joe Biden gave pardons to five family members literally minutes before Donald Trump was sworn into office. This was not just an abuse of power; it was to confirm the ultimate corruption of the Biden Crime Family. They have pocketed untold amounts of money laundered through Ukraine, and this leaves a stain on his reputation for all of history, even though they were unconstitutional. Assuming Trump criminally charges these people, it would still be decided by a jury of the people – not by Trump.

I Know it is fractal but are we not in the 6th wave of the 6th wave of the 6th Wave most applicable to us and our time?

ANSWER: Very interesting calculation. I know that the number of his name is supposed to be based on the Greek alphabet, in which each letter represents a number. There has been some debate that it was translated in Arabic numerals as 616 (χιϛ), not 666. The Novum Testamentum Graece, a Greek translation, read χιϛ/616 as a variation. Nevertheless, many had interpreted that the number of the beast referred to the Roman Emperor Nero.
