The two states that are attracting the most investment capital and migration from the notorious Blue States of California and New York are none other that the two states without income taxes – Texas for computers and Florida for finance.

Trump’s announcement of his intention to transform the US into “the world capital of artificial intelligence (AI)” and what is now being called Stargate is said to be the largest project of its kind “by far in history” with the joint venture between tech firms OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle. This is said to be investing $500 billion in AI infrastructure over the next four years of the Trump Administration. Big tech is migrating from California and its Silicon Valley is moving brick by brick to Texas. They say 10 data centers are already under construction in the state, 10 more are on the way, and the project’s first one-million-square-foot data center will be based in Abilene in western Texas.

The flight out of New York has been underway since, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. That was the final nail in the coffin of NYC. Wall Street executives have been shifting operations and jobs to Florida, fleeing New York City. Well over 200 financial firms have left, and some of the biggest fund managers. The shift is now over $2 trillion, showing no sign of letting up. The peak for NYC actually came in 2016, which was right on target with the 224-year cycle of political change from the founding of the New York Stock Exchange, which traces its origins to the Buttonwood Agreement signed by 24 stockbrokers on May 17, 1792.

Moreover, tax exemption for municipal debt could be chopped with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2017 slated to expire at year-end 2025. Tax loopholes will be high on Republicans’ legislative agenda. However, an extension or expansion of TCJA’s provisions could grow the federal budget deficit sharply. Tax-exempt municipal bonds date back to the earliest federal income tax in 1913 and have been a pillar of state and local project funding ever since. It is not that they have managed the debt efficiently. According to the National League of Cities, municipal bonds are a $4 trillion market and have financed approximately 75% of US infrastructure—with hospitals, schools, airports, water and sewer systems, public power facilities, and toll roads among the many beneficiaries.

Detroit went bankrupt in February 1933, before U.S. municipal bankruptcy laws were enacted, the city defaulted on its $350 million in outstanding debt (equal to $6.4 billion today). Many of its suburbs joined in the insolvency. On the American side of the border, Dearborn, Farmington, Pontiac and Royal Oak all defaulted; on the Canadian side, Windsor, Ont. went bankrupt. In fact, in Canada, East Windsor, Sandwich and Walkerville all were in default by 1934. A 1935 act of the Ontario provincial legislature consolidated these cities and their debts into contemporary Windsor, and the debt was slowly repaid. The tax free status in the US was also to overcome the defaults and suspension of debts during the Great Depression in addition to widespread defaults of nations in 1931 onward.

As this migration continues from the Blue States to the tax-free Red States, we will see a rash of defaults at the muni and state levels post 2026.

President Trump spoke Wednesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin and said the two agreed to “start negotiations immediately” about the war in Ukraine. Of course, the neocons are all freaking out. They cannot envision peace because they are just such disgusting people rotten to the very core.

Mike Pence is one of those people who just hate Russians, and I think they may have been mentally damaged as a child when we all had to hide under our desks in nuclear war raid drills of the 1950s.  They have never, even for a single moment, ever thought of peace. Only how to destroy Russia and eradicate every Russian citizen. If we were at war with Russia, they would be the first to insist that we lock up every person of Russian heritage, even if born here, as they did to the Japanese during World War II.

The Average Russian people are no different than the average American – we all want to live in peace and just get on with our lives. It is always those in power like Pence and Victoria Nuland who cannot sleep at night without having an enemy to hate.

Trump posted on Truth Social that he had a “lengthy and highly productive phone call” with Putin. This was the first publicly disclosed phone call between the two men since Trump took office. Trump said they discussed Ukraine, the Middle East, energy, artificial intelligence, the dollar, and other topics.

“But first, as we both agreed, we want to stop the millions of deaths taking place in the War with Russia/Ukraine,” Trump wrote. “President Putin even used my very strong Campaign motto of, ‘COMMON SENSE.’ We both believe very strongly in it. We agreed to work together, very closely, including visiting each other’s Nations.”

To me, people like Pence, John Bolton, Victoria Nuland, Bill Kristol, and others are no different than Hermann Göring, who correctly explained how those in power can manipulate the masses to do their bidding. The press these days are generally warmongers, not much different from the days of Pulitzer and Hearst, who started the Spanish-American War just to sell papers.

Pulitzer became wealthy in the blood of Americans. To try to clear his conscience, he donated his wealth to create the Pulitzer Prize for honorable journalism, when he was the father of precisely the opposite – Yellow Journalism, which we have returned to.

These people will never wash the blood from their hands. They are evil and psychopaths who care nothing for society. They have a personality disorder that is clearly characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, and harboring egotistical traits. These people seem to gravitate to public service, where they can dictate their hatred to manipulate society into their endless wars.

Trump said the two leaders agreed to have their teams begin negotiations on bringing an end to the war in Ukraine, which started roughly three years ago when Victoria Nuland and the Neocons directed their installed interim unelected Ukrainian government to attack the Donbas and kill Russiams.

The Western Press keeps saying Russia invaded, and they refuse to ever report that this war was started by the American Neocons instructing the unelected government of Ukraine to start the civil war. The Ukrainians began killing Russians on the street and burned them alive in the Odessa Massacre. Yet again, the Western Press refuses to report the truth.

The #1 occupation of Ukraine has been nothing but fake news to sell World War III to stupid Americans and Europeans. The Ukrainians shot down the Malaysia fight and tried to blame the Russians, and the fake investigation was about as honest as the NY cases against Trump. The Ukrainians shot a missile into Poland and wanted to claim it was a Russian attack on NATO. On March 31, 2022, the mayor of Bucha was joyful when the Russians left and never made any allegation of killing civilians. The fake films I saw with people lying in the street pretending to be dead and then got up when the main propaganda film crew passed confirmed it was another false flag.

The US Pentagon came out and even said they could not independently verify what occurred in Bucha. There is no way to verify anything in Bucha, and there are videos that show people laying in the street pretending to be dead with no blood, and then there are videos showing they get up when the camera passes.

The Huffington Post twists statements about Putin to keep up the image of the evil empire. They wrote that “Russia currently occupies around 20% of Ukraine, and around 6 million Ukrainians live there, according to Kyiv – but Ukraine’s total population is closer to 38 million.” What they refuse to publish is that there was a Minsk Agreement that was to allow the Donbas to separate since they are ethnic Russians, just as the breakup of Yugoslavia along ethnic lines. The Huffington Post omitted to report that former Chancellor Merkel admitted that they negotiated a peace deal only to buy time for Ukraine to build an army to attack Russia.

They sent Kamala to the Munich Security Conference because she was a total idiot and read the cue card she was handed, proclaiming Ukraine should join NATO just 3 days before Russia crossed the border to protect Russians. Not only did Kamala try to make sure Putin crossed the border, but Zelensky, the day before, also said Ukraine would rearm with nuclear weapons against Russia. They were determined to get Putin to cross the border, recreating the reverse of the Cuban Missile Crisis all so they could claim Russia is the aggressor.

When the Washington Post discovered Zelensky knew when Putin would cross the border, they asked why he did not warn his people. This scum-bag told the Washington Post if he told the people, he would have lost $7 billion. He has declared Martial Law, so he no longer stands for election, and he has suspended debt payments, defaulting on Ukrainian debt that will never be repaid.

It was reported on the front page in Ukraine that former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson did kill the peace talks. This is why my Ukrainian sources plainly say if Zelensky were on fire, they would not urinate on him until he was dead. Zelensky was even forced to claim that he could decide peace without permission from London and Washington. That was just a lie.

The Western press has blood on its hands, constantly promoting this war with the death of millions. It is hard to comprehend the sheer evil that has consumed the American and European press and their constant cheering of these endless wars. One must question who is paying for this. With all the corruption coming from USAID and their funding of Soros and schemes for regime change, no less the Ukrainian revolution, perhaps Musk can uncover just how this corruption has also bought the press.

Trump also spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shortly after he got off the phone with Putin. I have not heard one kind word from any Ukrainian about Zelensky. He will not allow elections because he would instantly be thrown out of office. He ran promising peace and then betrayed his country by doing what the Neocons ordered him to do.

Trump and others in Congress have been skeptical about ongoing U.S. support for Ukraine in its war against Russia and its blood-thirsty hatred of Russians living in the Donbas. Zelensky outlawed their language and their religion to ensure this would become World War III. I disagreed with Trump last month when he threatened sanctions against Moscow if it did not come to the table to negotiate a ceasefire. This has not been Putin, but Zelensky, on the orders of the Neocons and Blinkin, instructing him to invade Russia itself, trying to get Putin to attack anything in NATO.

Vice President Vance is expected to meet with Zelensky this week during a trip to Europe for the Munich Security Conference. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent was also dispatched to Ukraine to meet with Zelensky as the U.S. pursues a deal for more access to Ukraine’s critical minerals.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said earlier Wednesday with NATO and Ukrainian defense ministers that it was “unrealistic” for Ukraine to return to its pre-2014 borders as part of a ceasefire agreement with Russia. Moscow seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, a move that sparked international backlash. Anyone who thinks Ukraine was a country before 1991 does not know its history. These people in Europe who think they can invade and conquer Russia are insane. A third time will not be the charm after Napoleon and Hitler.

Here’s another $5 billion humanitarian organization that works to reduce the population — The United Nations Population Fund (UNPF), the world’s largest provider of sexual and reproductive health programs. The United Nations developed a trust in 1967 to address the growing population’s economic implications.

Justice Ginsburg made it clear that the abortion decision Roe v Wade had NOTHING to do with women’s rights. It was all about reducing the population. The Democrats counted on manipulating that decision and calling it a woman’s right to kill the child within her. They manipulated the entire issue, counting on the gullibility of women and the women’s movement to convert eugenics into women’s rights. This was all part of this globalist agenda with Bill Gates’ father and the Rockefeller Foundation in the background.

President Lyndon B. Johnson and other leaders of the time supported humanitarian efforts to financially support the growing populations of undeveloped economies. Henry Kissinger penned the NSSM-200, subtitled “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” This document has been considered the United States’ stance on reducing the population for advanced economic stability. As Kissinger wrote:

“The U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries. That fact gives the U.S. enhanced interest in the political, economic, and social stability of the supplying countries. Wherever a lessening of population pressures through reduced birth rates can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resource supplies and to the economic interests of the United States.”

The agency provides contraceptives, other forms of birth control, and reproductive care for women throughout the world who cannot afford the services on their own. The UN has committed horrible atrocities in the process from forced sterilizations and influencing politics. The agency uses its financial pull in an attempt to create reform. You can find them protesting at every major pro-life event and calling upon nations to focus on “women’s rights.” No one sees the leverage and influence these globalist groups have over legislation, especially in smaller economies. When Zambia declined to legalize sodomy, for example, the United States withdrew funding and the HIV infection rate spiked 11%.

They’ve been having conferences on population control for over 100 years. The First World Population Conference was held in 1927, but the first UN-sponsored conference happened in Rome back in 1954 to “to exchange scientific information on demographic variables, their determinants and their consequences.” The next conference in Belgrade (1965) focused on altering fertility rates. By 1974 they developed a plan of action laid out in a report. Kissinger’s 1977 report touches on this aspect:

As Human Life Internation describes, there was a five-step process to government-implemented family planning.

This five-step process is closely modeled after military mission planning protocols:

1. Identify the threat and its location;
2. Identify the tools to be used to neutralize the threat;
3. Identify the people who will use these tools to neutralize the threat;
4. Fine-tune the plan and secure durable funding sources; and
5. Establish and amplify a comprehensive propaganda program in support of the strategy.

Less Developed Countries (LDCs) were seen as a threat to US national security. Population growth amid a stifled economy led to widespread poverty and instability. The US did not want the threat of political instability from its trading partners who had needed items like natural resources.

As Kissinger explains:

“There is also the danger that some LDC leaders will see developed country pressures for family planning as a form of economic or racial imperialism; this could well create a serious backlash.…The U.S. can help to minimize charges of an imperialist motivation behind its support of population activities by repeatedly asserting that such support derives from a concern with (a) The right of the individual couple to determine freely and responsibly the number and spacing of children and to have information, education, and means to do so; and (b) The fundamental social and economic development of poor countries in which rapid population growth is both a contributing cause and a consequence of widespread poverty.”

These humanitarian masked agencies are heavily supported by the left. The left believes it is our duty to shape foreign societies as they see fit. The biggest players in the public spotlight strongly support these globalist agencies and population control — i.e., George Soros, Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab. These people truly believe they can control all of us. And our elected leaders send these groups money? END GLOBALIST FUNDING NOW!

The UN, USIA, and USAID are using funds to control the global population. You, as an American or a citizen of any developed nation, are paying into these NGOs with ulterior agendas. A portion of our population, a very vocal portion, believes it is essential to fund the progressive agenda. These agencies act as the brute strength. A wealthy nation could not openly meddle in such a manner, so those nations use these international agencies to promote their agendas.

The Pentagon has never passed an audit nor has been expected to pass one. The government has spent hundreds of millions on conducting audits that they knew the Pentagon would not pass. DOGE has set its focus on eliminating waste from one of America’s untouchable branches – the Department of Defense.

The DoD currently has 1.3 million active duty troops and 1,014,000 contractors. The Defense Business Board told the agency five years ago that it could save $125 billion over a five-year period by renegotiating these contracts. In fact, half of the Pentagon’s Imaginate budget is spent on contractors. The agency outsources everything including basic administration roles to companies who then charge the agency top dollar. Hence, the Pentagon is the bureaucrats’ favorite money laundering service.

No one wanted to step on the toes of the military industrial complex. It’s no conspiracy to believe that the majority of legislators were being paid out in one way or another. One benefit of having billionaires in this administration is that they do not need the money and likely cannot be bought out. Elon Musk is stepping on the toes of the likes of Lockheed Martin and Boeing and calling for massive reform.

Musk wants to discontinue the F-35 stealth fighter jet program, which he deemed “the worst military value for money in history,” and the jet itself “an expensive & complex jack of all trades, master of none” and added that “manned fighter jets are obsolete in the age of drones anyway.” Yet, Congress has refused to pass such a bill because of the heavy lobbying efforts. DOGE estimates that eliminating this program could save the government $12 billion annually and allow funds to flow into new endeavors. But lawmakers insist this will eliminate American jobs provided by Lockheed, so US taxpayers should simply continue paying.

Not so coincidentally, the department is consistently misplacing funds for its F-35 program. In May 2023, the Pentagon admitted that it misplaced thousands of F-35 jet parts to the tune of $1.6 trillion. One month later and they admitted to misplacing another $6.2 billion in funds that were destined for Ukraine. The agency shrugged as millions in Ukraine aid went missing each year. “We have confirmed that for FY23, the final calculation is $3.6 billion, and for FY22 it is $2.6 billion, for a combined total of $6.2 billion,” the Pentagon press secretary said. “These valuation errors in no way limit or restricted the size of any of our PDAs or impacted the provision of support to Ukraine.”

The government has been willing to pay any price for the most basic of services. Boeing overcharged the Air Force by 8,000% for soap dispensers, for example. A 2018 audit found that the Audit was also paying $1,300 per disposable K-cup on its KC-10 aircraft. Of course, that isn’t where the money is actually going. That is merely the paper trail they are leaving in the open.

DOGE is looking into cutting down the number of American military bases. The department is looking at foreign grants, such as the $40 million provided to Chinese researchers to develop AI technology. The Defense Department inspector general revealed that EcoHealth Alliance received $46.7 million in defense funds from 2014 to 2023. EcoHealth then aided in funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab where the coronavirus was created. The widespread misuse of taxpayer funds is astounding.

The US Defense Department quietly admitted to the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) that it simply misplaced $824 billion during the last major audit.  Do not forget that when a whistleblower admitted the Pentagon has $2.3 trillion in unaccounted funds, a few major buildings in New York fell and started a contagion of events. The agency has never explained the whereabouts of those funds nor has it explained the trillions that have gone missing since then.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has gone unchecked and unaudited for decades. There is a reason that the establishment does not want DOGE to audit any public agency because the corruption is absolutely rampant. It has now been confirmed that USAID provided millions in grants to terrorist extremist groups.

Western Islamism, a publication of the Middle East Forum (MEF), published a study entitled “Terror Finance at the State Department and USAID.” US taxpayers spent $164 MILLION on grants through USAID to Islamist groups, including $122 million designated to known terrorist organizations. The data in ‘Terror Finance’ paint a clear picture: USAID is complicit in financing jihad,” said Sam Westrop, director of Islamist Watch who is calling for  “a public vetting process of U.S. government grants to exclude any organization with even the most indirect link to an extremist movement.”

To this degree, America has become one of the leading financiers of terrorist organizations. USAID had a budget that surpassed the budgets of the CIA and State Department. The organization was clearly an operation to fund left-wing NGOs.

Bayader Association for Environment and Development is one such NGO that poses as a charity for the people of Gaza, but it is led by the son of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh. “Founded in 2007, shortly after Hamas’s takeover of the Gaza Strip, Bayader operates in close cooperation with the Hamas regime. Its 2021 annual report notes ‘coordination’ and ‘meetings’ with Hamas’s Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Works, Ministry of Social Affairs and Ministry of Agriculture,” the report found. USAID happened to provide the group with $900,000 days before the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023.

USAID spent millions on the Islamic Relief Agency, another NGO affiliated with Gaza whose members include Ghazi Hamad, an outspoken Hamas terrorist who promised to repeat the events of October 7 “time and again until Israel is annihilated.” Islamic Relief, better known at the Muslim Brotherhood, had known ties to Osama Bin Laden who attempted to take responsibility for the worst terrorist attack on US soil. USAID gave the Unlimited Friends Associated an untold sum despite one of their goals being to “cleanse” the land of “impure Jews.” The Qassam Brigades received between $7 and $30 million from USAID through the Mercy-USA NGO.

The American Near East Refugee Agency (ANERA), founded in 1968 after the Six-Day War, was one of USAID’s main recipients. The organization received a $12.5 million grant from USAID in 2024 alone. ANERA has only partnered with the Bayader Association and Hamas. They funded the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG), which was created by Hamas leader Sheikh Yassin.

The US government was well aware of ANERA’s involvement in terrorism. The Israel Law Center published a report in 2017 that found ANERA used USAID funds to support Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) kindergartens that actively indoctrinate children in hatred and killing of Israeli civilians, as well as other PIJ and Hamas organizations, thus enabling them to finance terrorist activity, which is forbidden by U.S. law.” Ten years earlier, the Washington Times reported that  “USAID continues to fund multimillion-dollar programs through American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA), which is building a high-tech facility” for the IUG.

In fact, ANERA set up a proxy organization to reward  “families of martyrs” in Gaza. The Unlimited Friends Association (UFA) openly hosts charity events to provide cash support to martyrs and prisoners of war. The UFA established the Orphan Sponsorship Program to help support the children of “martyrs” who died resisting “the ongoing slaughter against the Palestinian people.”

The list of anti-American, anti-West terrorist organizations funded by US taxpayers is astonishing. At every turn, there is another recipient of grants who passed funds along to various NGOs all intended to support jihad. There is government oversight and then there is blatant corruption spanning across decades. People behind the curtain actively approved of these payments to fund terrorist organizations. Will anyone be held responsible for this blatant treason?

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, You are not against Trump negotiating using tariffs. You argue that they cannot replace the income tax. The 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada was what you called his Art of the Deal. You are more concerned about Europe. Am I correct?

ANSWER: Correct. I maintain we do not need income taxes anyhow. They should be eliminated. Do that, and all the companies left will return even if a corporate income tax should be no greater than 15%. I testified on all of that before the House Ways & Means Committee.

My concern is that the real trade war will be with Europe, and they are going to come out of this with the short stick. The EU is unfair in its trade, and they are way too Marxist. Just look at what they have done to Apple, and then they want all sorts of restrictions on Tech. They are the source of Cancel Culture, and this is a postwar problem. As I have explained, my firm became the biggest in the world on foreign exchange advisory mainly because there was this cancel culture in Europe with analysis postwar. An analyst could not say their currency would decline because it was a political statement, and postwar European politicians touted how high their currencies rose against the greenback as proof that they were doing a good job. If you said the currency would crash that was seen as a political statement, and you would be fired.

The European politicians were taking credit for the flow of American capital reinvesting in Europe after the war. The decline in the dollar was aided by the outflow of dollars for (1) military expansion under the Neocons and (2) investment. In 1960, President Kennedy set off a mini-Gold Panic by explaining that the decline in the dollar was because of funding all of these military bases around the world.

The EU has committed economic suicide between its Net Zero policy on CO2  and sanctions against Russia. Our computer warns that the EU is headed into a major recession, if not a depression, between 2024 and 2028, and their beating of the war drums will end up destroying the European Union, which is already fragmenting as they attempt to impose dictatorial control over all member states in direct opposition to their people such as in Hungary.

My concern is that the tariffs that Trump SHOULD impose on the EU will allow them to blame him rather than their own insane and Marxist policies since postwar. The EU is the master chess player when it comes to trade barriers. The likelihood of the EU lasting beyond 2029 is a long shot.

Trump is correct when it comes to tariffs in Europe. The 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada were NOT a trade war – but were more about drugs and illegal aliens. The tariff of China is really more about the cost of production. It is just cheaper. Back in the 1980s, my accountant had a client who ended up with a loss and a major tax credit of about $25 million. They had no way to make that money back. He asked me to make it for them inside their company. It was in the garment industry, and they made clothes in China and put name-brand names on the items like sweaters. The cost to make a sweater in China was $3. The cost to get it into the USA was $5. They would sell it wholesale to a distributor for $16-$20. They would sell it to a wholesaler or to a major department store for, say, $30, and they would price it for the public at $75+. I learned a lot about import/export back then.
