The Middle East is far more complicated than the Western Media reports. Quietly, Saudi Arabia and Jordan support Israel, for they see Iran as a threat even to their sovereignty despite their populations often taking the opposite position. Iran is Shite and maintains that the religion should rule, not kings. If Iran were taken down, they would quietly be celebrating.

As the world waits for Israel’s response to Iran, the two main targets remain their nuclear facilities and their energy production. The problem with the nuclear facilities is that Iran has placed them deep under the ground. Israel lacks bunker-type weapons, but the US has such weapons. Suppose they lent them to Israel to attack the underground facilities in Iran. In that case, that will most likely divide the region and perhaps result in China and Russia coming into the area.

Attacking Iran’s oil facilities would send oil rising. The Biden Administration does NOT want that to happen before the election. Hence, we have had this paused response from Israel. Before the election, it would seem that the only major target would be nuclear development. However, this would not terminate their capability and could accelerate their move to nuclear capability.

The Biden Administration has allowed more than 1,000 terrorists to enter the country. As we head into October 7th, we should expect terrorist attacks domestically inside the USA, and Israel will be under pressure to take some action by Monday 7th – the 1st anniversary of the Hammas attack.

QUESTION: Marty, it appears that the September panic was on the upside, and it also appears to be a turning point. It looks like it may be a high in the Dow and Gold on a closing basis. I must say, it’s far easier to see now that this election may be the last. Does making a panic to the upside and a high dovetail into a war scenario you have been warning about for the election?

ANSWER: I laid out the risks in gold on the private blog. Yes, the Panic was to the upside (see Glossary), and you are correct; this does not bode well for the near future. A Panic to the Downside would have provided a buying opportunity in October, but this pattern is sending up a red flare. A Panic to the Upside is a clear warning that the pattern unfolding is very serious, and it indeed includes the high probability of major civil unrest that will hurt domestic markets as nobody will accept the outcome. The problem we have is what I warned about throughout this year. There remains a risk that our Neocons fear a Trump victory and are pushing for war before the Election.

Israel attacked a Russian airbase under the pretense that Iran dropped off supplies there for Hezbolla. Our office in UAE has reported that Russia has warned all Russians to get out of Israel ASAP. Meanwhile, Russia is turning up the heat and is Expanding in Ukraine. Zelensky sent a force to invade Russia in hopes that they would attack anything in NATO to claim Russia was the aggressor. Putin is not stupid.

Zelensky’s Victory Plan is to use long-range missiles to wage a full-scale war on Russia to destroy as much as possible prior to a NATO invasion. I have warned that Putin must reverse his position and take this war seriously as a NATO invasion or be overthrown by the Russian hardline Neocons. Our model targeted October for this, so we have just seen Putin reject peace negotiations. He has been forced to see reality. He has authorized glid bombs launched from aircraft, but he may also use the Father of All Bonds, which is the largest non-nuclear weapon that has the impact of a small nuke.

Our office in the UAE is reporting that while Israel attacked the Russian airbase, it seems like the people of Syria are split on whether they like Assad or not. The Kurds are against Hezbollah/Iran/Russia and were quite happy Israel took out Nazrellah. Iranian Khomani spoke to unite the Muslims against Israel. Our staff there commented that it seems like it’s going to kick off when Israel attacks Iran.

This weekend is Israel’s holiday, so it is normal to go quiet. However, Biden did respond to a question about whether attacking Iran’s energy facility is likely. He said he was in discussion with Israel, thereby confirming that the US is involved strategically. That was not very smart. That statement confirms to the Arab world that the American Neocons are involved.

The other side of this same coin is that Iran could also shut down the Strait of Hormuz, which would send energy prices sky-high in the West using oil as a weapon, as was the case during the 1970s. It was October 7th, 1973, when Iraq nationalized the holdings of the two U.S. oil companies operating in the Arab nation, Exxon and Mobil. They did so to show support for Egypt and Syria in their war against Israel. October 7th, 2023, was the Hammas attack on the Jewish holiday. We should expect attacks inside the USA on Monday, the 7th, in sympathy with the Arab world and the support with impunity for Israel, as even some Democrats are now arguing.

This 1973 Oil Embargo was 51 years ago.  Our models show that Crude is likely to press higher, but it will be in 2025 when we see the annual level become a grave issue. We may see a crisis in energy by March 2025 becoming obvious. The Neocons always want war. Yet, they have lost every single one since World War II. Nobody in Washington will stop them.

Glossary

Panic Cycle – Normally, a Panic Cycle is something that will exceed the previous high and penetrate the previous low. It will traditionally take out both previous session events. However, it can also be just an extreme move in one direction, which is often indicated by opening above the previous high or below the previous session low.

Let me explain something about the government. Elon Muck is outraged that FEMA has blocked humanitarian efforts in the wake of widespread devastation in North Carolina. Elon Musk has had a go at FEMA because their actions are outrageous, and people will die because of it.

Government employees have (1) myopic vision since they have no long-term vision, and (2) those in government cannot see Beyond What is Right In Front of Them, which is not a government attribute.

When those in the legislature write a law, they never look to see if it has any potential side effects. Then those in the Executive branch who enforce laws have no comprehension whatsoever of what they are decreeing, for to them, it is only a question of power. In this case, how dare Elon Musk try to save people? Who does he think he is? This is FEMA’s job, so stay out of it. When the legislature investigates why people died because of this decision, nobody will be fired or imprisoned. So, there is no incentive to do your job, and there is certainly no possible common sense.

DEATH TOLL IS MORE THAN THEY ARE REPORTING

Multiple reports from eyewitnesses indicate that the situation has become bleak. I can tell you that they would not allow anyone to go south from Madiera, Florida, for several days, where the land is lower. Contractors I know were shaken and said they were sending in refrigerator trucks to collect the bodies. I was told by one who was in that region of St. Pete Beach that there were bodies in the street. It appears that they are trying to hide the incompetence of the government, and perhaps the reason they are blocking Musk is because the people there are already dead, and they do not want this news out before the election.

Here is a photo of a typical street in Madiera. Every house has whatever furniture it had out on the street. As I said, Pinellais County has closed the dump because there is no room. They will probably take this stuff to a garage, sell it to someone else, turn their back, and dump it in the ocean.

Thousands have been displaced and entire towns have been swept away after Hurricane Helene. Countless people remain missing. I have heard reports that they are sending refrigerated trucks to the beach areas by me to collect bodies but the news does not want anyone to know the true devastation of the storm. North Carolina, in particular, has not recovered and people are continuing to perish as federal assistance has not arrived. It appears the majority of the heavily impacted towns in North Carolina happen to be predominately conservative, and our liberal government is allowing these citizens to die. Experts have deemed Helene the most devastating storm in US history since Hurricane Katrina but it is receiving minimal attention by the US government.

Kamala Harris was campaigning for personal gain when Hurricane Helene hit, while Joe Biden was enjoying an extended weekend trip at the beach. Biden immediately told the press that Americans should not expect any additional aid as the rescue efforts were ongoing. Kamala Harris then announced that the government would provide a mere $750 to victims in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. How will the people rebuild with $750? That is not even enough to cover a week’s stay at a hotel. It’s $50 more than they provided to the victims of Maui and BILLIONS less than they provided to those in Ukraine.

Kamala Harris initially said that she believed resources should be distributed based on race, gender, and socioeconomic status. This is completely unconstitutional and outright prejudiced. Harris believes that non-whites are impacted “by issues not of their own making,” as if straight white males are somehow better prepared to deal with a natural disaster. The hurricane is not woke or discriminating on which lives it will take based on DEI scores.

Ukraine has received over $175 billion in aid since the beginning of the war, with Congress approving new multi-billion dollar packages every few months. The United States federal government is funding the government of Ukraine, using US civilian tax dollars to pay for civil servants who receive free benefits like health care and pensions. America has spent billions repairing Ukraine’s infrastructure while abandoning its own. Biden and Harris have also approved of aid for Israel and Taiwan that is far more than they are providing to their own citizens who are in the midst of a severe crisis.

Let’s not forget that migrants are receiving thousands per month for simply existing. Again, that money has been taken from US taxpayers and provided to migrants. Would Harris focus on states like North Carolina if they voted blue? Some may recall that George W. Bush came under fire for not doing enough in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Celebrities with large platforms, like Kanye West, accused him of allowing people in predominantly black communities to die. Bush said that accusations of racism in the aftermath of Katrina were the WORST MOMENTS of his ENTIRE presidency, even surpassing the terrorist attack of 9/11 or the beginning of America’s involvement in the Middle East.

FEMA needs to be investigated. I would urge people to donate to churches or private groups over FEMA as there are numerous reports that the organization is confiscating supplies. The delayed response to the catastrophe seems deliberate. The government is also actively preventing private citizens and corporations from providing rescue efforts because they want their cut. What a shame it would be if the people realized that the private sector and individuals were more efficient than the federal government.

A pilot from South Carolina, who also works as a volunteer firefighter, rescues several people trapped in homes in North Carolina. “They only had one day of supplies, which was gone by Saturday. They didn’t have any food, water, no running water, no power. And we were coming back this direction anyway, so we actually took them to Charlotte-Douglas Airport and they were able to fly home from there,” the pilot said. Upon safely landing, authorities told him that he would be arrested if he attempted to rescue the other hurricane victims in the home. As Bobby Kennedy said, every time the government claims to be imposing rules to protect citizens, it is merely a ploy to usurp power.

What will it take for people to open their eyes and realize that the government simply hates them. American citizens are the LAST priority under Biden-Harris and that will remain under Harris-Walz.

Bring on the election fraud! The Democrats will not stop until every illegal migrant has cast a vote for Harris-Walz. The establishment has abruptly halted every attempt to restore America’s electoral process. Now, the Department of Justice is suing the state of Alabama for removing illegal migrants from voter roles.

The DOJ is demanding that the state of Alabama register everyone it removed from the voting registration, claiming that the state also included legal citizens. Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen believes that 3,251 illegal voters were identified and promptly removed 84 days prior to the election. The DOJ has also claimed that Alabama has violated the National Voter Registration Act that prohibits the removal of applicants 90 days prior to election day.

Then we have 14 states that do not require voter identification. In Arizona, an astounding 5% of voters may or may not be citizens of the United States. Adrian Fontes, Arizona’s secretary of state, claims that over 200,000 registered voters simply have not confirmed their citizenship. The state of Arizona insists that there was a glitch at the Department of Motor Vehicles that failed to ask applicants to confirm citizenship. Questioning this madness makes you a conspiracy theorist. “When this goes public, it is going to have all of the conspiracy theorists in the globe — in the world — coming back to re-litigate the past three elections, at least in Arizona,” Katie Hobbs, the Democratic governor, said. “And it’s going to validate all of their theories about illegal voting in our elections, even though we all know that’s not true.”

Migrants with no loyalty or ties to the United States WILL BE VOTING FOR THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. The Supreme Court must step in and restore some law and order.

Texans applying for relief from Hurricane Harvey faced an unusual stipulation to receive aid. Over 20,000 people in Dickinson, Texas, had their lives affected by the storm. The US federal government is offering to provide some form of aid, but first, residents must agree to support Israel.

The “Verification not to Boycott Israel” clause states that by signing the agreement, “the Applicant verifies that the Applicant: (1) does not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement.”

This is absolutely outrageous as once again our government places its boot on the neck of the people to force them to abide by their agenda. There is absolutely no correlation between Israel and the hurricane as this measure is simply all about power and forcing the people to submit.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) issued a warning that the local government is violating the First Amendment by withholding aid from those who disagree with the war on Palestine.  “The First Amendment protects Americans’ right to boycott, and the government cannot condition hurricane relief or any other public benefit on a commitment to refrain from protected political expression,” said ACLU of Texas Legal Director Andre Segura. “Dickinson’s requirement is an egregious violation of the First Amendment, reminiscent of McCarthy-era loyalty oaths requiring Americans to disavow membership in the Communist party and other forms of ‘subversive’ activity.”

Furthermore, Texas passed a law that requires all contractors to verify that they will not boycott Israel. Governor Greg Abbott of Texas said that anti-Israel policies are anti-Texas when signing House Bill 89 (HB 89), known as the Anti-BDS (Boycott, Divestments, and Sanctions). “As Israel’s number one trading partner in the United States, Texas is proud to reaffirm its support for the people of Israel and we will continue to build on our historic partnership. Anti-Israel policies are anti-Texas policies, and we will not tolerate such actions against an important ally,” Abbott stated.

Boycotts and speaking out against wars are permitted and protected under the First Amendment. The Supreme Court ruled in NAACP v. Claiborne Hardware Co., 458 U.S. 886 (1982) that the Constitution does indeed protect boycotts. That lawsuit involved the boycott of white-owned businesses amid segregation.

The ruling held:

1. The nonviolent elements of petitioners’ activities are entitled to the protection of the First Amendment. Pp. 458 U. S. 907-915.

(a) Through exercise of their First Amendment rights of speech, assembly, association, and petition, rather than through riot or revolution, petitioners sought to bring about political, social, and economic change. Pp. 458 U. S. 907-912.

(b) While States have broad power to regulate economic activities, there is no comparable right to prohibit peaceful political activity such as that found in the boycott in this case. Pp. 458 U. S. 912-915.

It has been said that everyone in politics has an assigned APIAC representative. The corruption is not on one side as both the Democrats and Republicans have sold out. None of this is Constitutional but our decision-makers have been sold out to foreign entities. Now, American businesses are prohibited from engaging with state agencies if those said businesses do not support Israel. Individual citizens are being coerced into supporting a foreign nation simply to receive aid. How much further will they take matters? Will they de-bank citizens for posting support for Palestine on social media? Government power knows no bounds.

The Russian Neocons have forced Putin to accept reality. Zelensky’s “VICTORY PLAN” is the complete destruction of Russia. As I have said, I have had employees in both Kiev and Donetsk. The two would never talk to each other, and the one from Kiev attending our conference in Athens refused to take any flight hole that connected through Moscow. If you ever brought a bottle of Russian vodka to dinner in Kiev, it was an insult.

Russia has terminated any peace negotiations. The Russian Neocons have made their point that Zelensky is purely interested in killing every possible Russia. There is no more resolution to this conflict than there are between Israel and Iran.

Our computer has pinpointed October as the shift in trend. We can even see a Panic Cycle showing up in November. Ukraine will NOT survive—that much is clear. Russians’ hatred for events involving previous generations will ensure that Ukraine is not a country that will survive. That may not be popular to say, but this is the UNBAISED forecast of the computer—not my personal opinion. We can see that volatility was scheduled to begin rising here in October.

The problem is that October is showing up as an important turning point in many surrounding nations as well. Watch the arrays for the daily and weekly targets as we proceed into this month.

The Biden Administration, under the Neocons’ control, has sent Ukraine $24.4 billion. The Ukrainian population is about 28 million, minus all the ethnic Russians in the Donbas, which would be about 42 million combined. That means the Biden Administration has sent the equivalent of $871 per person, but it does not go to the people. If we subtract the 8 million that fled and live in the EU, it will be $1,200 per person in Ukraine. FEMA has been generous and is handing $750 to the homes impacted by this storm, Helene.

Biden is paying all the salaries and pensions of those in the Ukraine government. He is handing $9,000 per illegal alien he has let in to vote Democrat so they can screw everyone who has voted against the Democrats.

I stated that I went to bed with my two dogs, and we slept the night. Some commented on how I could possibly sleep through the night. This was not a direct hit. Just about everyone I have spoken to, their insurance companies are denying all claims because they say this was not caused by wind. This was a tidal surge – not wind. So I could sleep. There was no howling sound. I woke up, and my house was fine, but 4 feet deep sand was by the end of my driveway. This area has NEVER been flooded. Nobody has ever seen a storm of this nature. It was 150 miles offshore from me.

All electric appliances are out on the street. Pinellas County has just closed the dump, for it is full. There is now nowhere to go. The streets are full of everyone’s beds and belongings. Many have lost everything. Because I had a generator, some neighbors came here just to charge their phones.

Some restaurants that have survived offer free food to those with nothing. And this Biden Administration offered them $750 when the insurance companies denied all claims? They are handing free healthcare to illegal aliens to make sure they vote to ensure the Democrats can finally destroy America since they are firmly in the clutches of the Neocons who want to rule the world.
