The major bonus to Hillary losing the elections is that Larry Summers will not be the chief economic adviser. Larry Summers is Hillary’s top choice for Fed Chairman or the Chief Economic Adviser in the White House. Treasury Secretary, was a position he held under Bill Clinton in the 90s, but that was going to go to Laurence Douglas “Larry” Fink  the chairman and chief executive officer of BlackRock who is the largest asset management firm in the world, controlling $4.6 trillion in investor funds. That’s about a trillion dollars more than the annual federal budget, and five times the assets of Goldman Sachs. Fink’s ties to Hillary are extensive. He even hired Cheryl Mills, Hillary’s notorious legal adviser, on the Board of Blackrock in 2013. Fink would then get to cash out of Blackrock TAX FREE, as did Robert Rubin and Hank Paulson of Goldman Sachs.

Larry Summers is the father of NEGATIVE interest rates. He is absolutely perhaps one of the most dangerous men on the chess board up there with Dick Cheney. A speech delivered by Larry Summers at the IMF Research Conference on Nov. 8, 2013 had caused a real stir and was being hailed as brilliant, succinct, and a ground-breaking presentation that explained what many said was the most pressing economic matter of our time.

With all the lies of Hillary and people like Summers saying how trickle-down economics failed, the highest economic growth came during the Reagan Administration. We are languishing below 2% and a 6 year moving average is even worse. But people like Summers think they can force GDP growth by punishing people with NEGATIVE interest rates if they do not spend money. Summers and Hillary believe in manipulating people to accomplish their goals. The problem is, neither understands anything about economic forecasting.

Summers may be one of the four horseman of the economic apocalypse laying waste to Western society and our economy. He believes in total control of society and he is the one who first floated the NEGATIVE interest rates. He is a linear thinker and a fool. He will never admit a mistake and since his NEGATIVE interest rates has not destroyed deflation but encouraged more with people hoarding cash, he is now advocating ending cash to prevent hoarding and then hopefully his idea of NEGATIVE interest rates might work.

Summers has admitted he cannot forecast the economy claiming it’s just like weather and too complex. Yet that does not stop him from trying to suppress the economy exactly as Karl Marx.

We should rejoice in Trump winning even if you do not like him. The team behind the curtain supporting Hillary would absolutely devastate our future in the blink of an eye. Just look how negative interest rates has devastated the European economy and has failed to reverse the deflation. Summers will NEVER concede defeat so he now advocates eliminating cash to prevent hoarding he sees as defeating his theory of negative interest rates. Of course, who published his latest article to end the $100 bill? The Democratic Marxist Propaganda rag – Washington Post.

The Clinton campaign is clearly trying to see if they can play the Russia card and allege that the votes in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin were hacked. They said they were now investigating “any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology.”

While the vote was overwhelming reaching more than a 70,000 margin in Pennsylvania for Trump, Hillary is trying to still play the Russia card. I warned about this for it was being discussed prior to the election.  Plan B from the outset was always to call the election a FRAUD and deny Trump to take office. With 99% of newspapers endorsing Hillary, the media will be on board to try to call the election a fraud. Caution is still necessary for the media will plunge the nation into political chaos and the Washington Post will lead the way. They are already claiming there was fake news put out by Putin via Wikileaks to deny Hillary the crown. The Washington Post will not be satisfied until there is blood flowing in the streets from their biased reporting propaganda.

The Democrat’s mouth piece, the Washington Post reported: “The denunciation, made by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security, came as pressure was growing from within the administration and some lawmakers to publicly name Moscow and hold it accountable for actions apparently aimed at sowing discord around the election.”

They were trying to set the stage to call the election a fraud if Trump won by a hair. However, it was a landslide and this took the wind out of their sails for Plan B. My advice to Trump is to demand a recount and investigation in California. That is where there was a lot of evidence of fraud against Bernie to benefit Hillary. Trump should demand an investigation of California if there is any attempt to claim these three states were hacked by Russia. There is absolutely no way they could prove it was Russia in any event. Nevertheless, the cycle was for Trump, not Hillary.

If the election is stolen from Trump, this will be it. Look for civil unrest in the not too distant future that will lead to an explosion of separatist movements.

The European protests against the rapes by refugees continue to unfold. Germany’s migrant rape crisis has now spread to cities and towns all across the country in all 16 of Germany’s federal states. Germany now finds itself in a vicious circle from which there is no escape and this will dog Merkel who wants to run again in 2017. Most of the perpetrators are never found, and the few who are caught, receive lenient sentences because it would embarrass the government. Only one in 10 rapes in Germany is even reported and just 8% of rape trials result in convictions.

We have seen the same policy in France. Protests have been erupting when police continue to protect refugees who have raped local women. In this incident, protesters stormed the Brittany migrant center after assault the regional prosecutor confirmed that a 67-year-old local woman had been sexually assaulted by a young Sudanese migrant on Thursday November 10th. The fact that the police far too often protect the refugees for political purposes is turning many into Europe against their local authorities. This will only fuel the rise of Le Pen and for just cause.

Hillary’s people have come out joining Stein as long as she puts up the wasted money. “Now that a recount is underway, we believe we have an obligation to the more than 64 million Americans who cast ballots for Hillary Clinton to participate in ongoing proceedings to ensure that an accurate vote count will be reported,”  Marc Erik Elias said on behalf of her campaign.

Here is the real bottom-line. They would need to overturn Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to change the outcome. Anything less than that would not alter the outcome. While Trump won in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, he holds a slim lead in Michigan, where a Republican presidential candidate hadn’t won since 1988, has a lead of 10,704 votes. That is far more than any recount has ever been enacted or changed the outcome. More than ten thousand is probably enough of a cushion to prevail. Trump has 290 votes to Clinton’s 232, and even if Michigan went to Clinton she still would trail, 290-248. Pennsylvania and Florida, require the vote difference between the two candidates to be less than one-half of 1 percentage point. Wisconsin and Pennsylvania conduct post-election audits, Michigan and many other states do not. In Michigan, a recount is triggered automatically if the margin is less than 2,000 votes. None of those states qualify for a recount on the numbers. There is nothing but Stein raising money claiming she will make a petition that would not change the outcome without all three states being overturned.

Clinton now leads Trump with 2 million votes in the popular count, but a close look reveals that this is made up of just California where she had 3.7 million more votes than Trump. This is a key factor for California is typically a left-wing state with the highest level of taxation in the country. Many top celebrities have residents outside of California to beat taxes while espousing they would leave the USA if Trump won.

Trump leads by little more than 22,000 votes in Wisconsin and 70,638 votes in Pennsylvania. Any recount must be completed by the Dec. 13 federal deadline. With this much of a lead in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, there is no chance of overturning the election. This calls into question if Stein is simply doing this to raise money. Clinton is not chipping in and just getting a free-ride. She obviously looked at the numbers and can see this is a joke especially when Wisconsin and Pennsylvania automatically conduct post-election audits. Asking for a recount is more fraud than anything else.

I warned that this election was not over that easily. The press will continue to attack Trump for anything and everything. They are hell-bent upon destroying the fabric of the nation and will not let this go. They will be responsible for the civil unrest and ultimately the breakup of the United States. The divide is simply too great this time around. California should separate and take their socialists with them – please.

There is a statute that governs the appointment of electoral college “electors” that will come into play if anyone tries to upset the election. While the College is to vote on December 19th, 2016, the actual deadline is 6 days prior or December 13th, 2016. Moreover, if there were an attempt to vote for Hillary despite the fact that the election is based upon state rights since this is the “UNITED STATES” and not one sovereign federal state, this becomes very critical. Even if Hillary won the popular vote, that cannot legally matter.

Let’s say 25 million aliens became citizens in New York City and they all voted for one candidate. To allow that to decide the election and not state by state, destroys the very fabric of what the “united states” was all about converting it to a single federal state. The popular vote cannot be allowed to overrule the states or you will find that the less populous states can be subjugated by the majority. They would no longer have any voice in a democratic process. Yes Hillary has 2 million more votes than Trump. But that is attributed to California alone where her margin was 3.7 million. So if she takes the presidency on popular vote, that means California decides for all and the rest of the country means nothing. Therefore, this would violate equal protection of the law right to the very heart of the design of the USA. If the electoral college anointed Hillary, this would be grounds for separatist movements and I would have to support that because it would be a fundamental restructuring on the nation ending the “united” states and federalizing the nation. The Electoral College thus ensures equal protection of the law for all states and it is the majority of states that matter, not individuals as a whole nationwide. The United States is by no means ONE COUNTRY with just ONE CULTURE. There are at least four separate regional difference just as there are cultural differences in Europe between member states.

The statue that will come into play makes this six day rule very clear. If this is not complied with, we will see this in the Supreme Court.

3 U.S. Code § 5 – Determination of controversy as to appointment of electors

If any State shall have provided, by laws enacted prior to the day fixed for the appointment of the electors, for its final determination of any controversy or contest concerning the appointment of all or any of the electors of such State, by judicial or other methods or procedures, and such determination shall have been made at least six days before the time fixed for the meeting of the electors, such determination made pursuant to such law so existing on said day, and made at least six days prior to said time of meeting of the electors, shall be conclusive, and shall govern in the counting of the electoral votes as provided in the Constitution, and as hereinafter regulated, so far as the ascertainment of the electors appointed by such State is concerned.

The Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein officially handed in a petition Friday asking election officials in the battleground state of Wisconsin to perform a recount of its general election results, the state confirmed. She is trying to stop Trump before the Electoral College votes. Clinton has not joined her because there was not enough claims of voter fraud in those states so the Democrats are keeping their distance letting Stein carry the ball.

Yet Stein has raised nearly $5 million, but has cleverly made it clear there are no guarantees and she will keep the money. Her website says:

We cannot guarantee a recount will happen in any of these states we are targeting. We can only pledge we will demand recounts in those states.

If we raise more than what’s needed, the surplus will also go toward election integrity efforts and to promote voting system reform.

Stein seems to be tapping into the division in the US created by the elections. She is using this to raise money for the Greens while pretending this is about integrity.

She has raised more than is necessary already, and if the state declines to do a recount, she keeps the whole pot. So this is a win-win for her anyway we slice it. The likelihood of this changing the outcome is not very high. If it did, this would unleash real civil unrest on a magnitude never seen in the USA. To exploit the division in the country like Stein is doing is highly disruptive and very dangerous for the nation.

This shows that the left is not interested in debate, this is all about oppression. They are only interested in subjugating anyone who disagrees with them. This is laying the seeds for the break-up of the United States by 2036.

This maybe vulgar, but it is actually very true and on point.

Early gains were eroded having seen an in-line CPI print but the weekend book-squaring turned sentiment to settle just under the weekly highs. The currency continues to decline with the Yen trading 113.50 for the majority of the session having rejected the 114 figure change earlier in the day. The Shanghai and Hang Seng indices closed better (+0.5% and +0.6% respectively) despite the decline in the price of oil and gold. The PBOC set the Yuan rate at 6.9168, with the off-shore pushing the 6.9600 for the majority of the US trading session. Gold continued to drift eventually hitting the weekly support at $1179; it will be interesting where this trades next week given the support we are currently flirting with.

Europe is traditionally quiet on and/or after a US national holiday and today was no exception to that rule. The UK GDP was released bang-on consensus (+0.5% Q/Q and +2.4% Y/Y) which after a busy week resulted in unchanged markets for cable, FTSE and Gilts. Although, as gilts had been hit so hard this week there was a little profit-taking ahead of the weekend. The DAX, CACA and IBEX were all small better (around +0.15%) which was a reasonable performance given the Euro bounce, the decline in oil and the US stock market registering even more contract highs. There were talks that Europe is considering/discussing a “Post BREXIT transition deal” but only once Britain has triggered Article 50. Details are still very sketchy but the rumours are around a three-tier negotiations approach – more when we have some clarity.

In a shortened trading day the core US indices closed higher setting a fresh bull trend since the election. Volumes were quiet as expected but even as oil lost 3.5% and the DXY closed strong markets were lead by utilities’. Early talk is that Black Fridays shopping bonanza is setting record levels and with Treasuries hitting new highs (yields) does not seem to be having much of an impact. Many are already discussing next weeks NFP’s in the hope that could provide the push to extend this stock rally into year end even though the hike is well and truly priced-in.

US 2’s closed 1.12% and 10’S at 2.35% (+1bp) which closes the curve at +123bp. German Bunds closed +0.24% (-1bp) closing the US/Germany spread at +211bp – that what QE does to a market. Italy 10’s 2.08% (-4bp), Greece 6.81% (+2bp), Turkey 10.97% (+5bp), Portugal 3.57% (-7bp) and UK Gilt 10yrs at 1.41% (-2bp).
