In a very large demonstration against the planned constitutional referendum in Italy to take place on December 4th, 2016, the demonstrations are turning into riots. Hundreds of protesters threw smoke bombs, stones, and fireworks on policemen, who in turn used batons to beat the people. According to Italian media, one person was injured. The demonstrators tried to reach the place of the annual Democratic Party Congress held by Prime Minister Matteo Renzi taking their discontent directly to him. The mayor of Florence, Dario Nardella, condemned the violence as unacceptable.

To date, the demonstrations against Renzi were generally peaceful. The government has linked its political fate with the referendum on December 4 and Renzi has previous said he would resign if it is defeated like David Cameron in Britain. The propose constitutional reform is claimed to bring more stability to the country, ending frequent government changes. The proposal is planned to limit the role of the Senate and the responsibilities of the regional governments. This is federalizing the government and definitely weakening of democracy. Virtually every opinion polls shows the proposal is unpopular and will go down in defeat.

Trumps’ campaign manager most people do not realize was a WOMAN. Kellyanne Conway is the first female campaign manager to win the Presidency for her candidate. She did a wonderful job with Trump’s strategy. She appeared on many hostile media shows and charmed them. And she made history with Trump’s victory. So much for Trump hating women, which was a very feminist view put out there by Hillary. All the pollsters were wrong and the one famous one had said he would eat a bug if Trump won. He held up his boast in CNN.

Warren Buffett was a huge supporter of Hillary and that could NOT have been about economic policies. It was, I believe, the simple fact that Hillary has always been for sale. Buffett had to suck it up and flip saying suddenly:

“I support any president of the United States. It’s very important that the American people coalesce behind the president.

That doesn’t mean they can’t criticize him or they can’t disagree with what he’s doing maybe.

But we need a country unified by a president. The legitimacy of the president and he deserves everybody’s respect.”

Buffett explained that people voted for Trump simply, because “They could easily feel they’ve seen Hillary for a long time. It’s very hard to get new hope about somebody who perhaps you’ve formed a negative opinion on.” He further added, “You got to be behind the president” and that he is “100% optimistic about America.”

Goldman Sachs; CEO Loyd Blankfein now says Trump’s plans may be good for economic growth. Previously, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. joined Credit Suisse Group AG and Northern Trust Corp. in warning or restricting employees regarding political donations to avoid violating the federal pay-to-play rule giving anything to Trump. Of course all the bankers in NYC were supporting Hillary along with George Soros who seems to support Marxist candidates and not free enterprise. Very strange.

I have made it absolutely clear that there was a major CONSPIRACY between Hillary, DNC and mainstream media. They raise Trump intentionally, and then tried to burn him to the ground. What is emerging has been how the Democrats have been manipulated and played for fools all to further the Clinton corruption machine.

Meanwhile, Hillary lost not merely because she misread the “real” people, she decided to run a very divisive and nasty negative campaign, which has fueled the violence ever since. According to WikiLeaks emails from campaign John Podesta, Clinton colluded with the DNC and the media to raise what they thought would be the extreme right among Republicans to then make her the middle of the road to hide her agenda.

Clinton called this her “pied piper” strategy, that intentionally cultivated extreme right-wing presidential candidates and that would turn the Republicans away from their more moderate candidates. This enlisted mainstream media who then focused to Trump and raise him above all others assuming that would help Hillary for who would vote for Trump. This was a deliberate strategy all designed to propel Hillary to the White House.

The Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee along with mainstream media all called for using far-right candidates “as a cudgel to move the more established candidates further to the right.” Clinton’s camp insisted that Trump should be “elevated” to “leaders of the pack” and media outlets should be told to “take them seriously.”

If we look back on April 23, 2015, just two weeks after Hillary Clinton officially declared her presidential campaign, her staff sent out a message on straregy to manipulate the Republicans into selecting the worse candidate. They included this attachment a “memo for the DNC discussion.”

The memo was addressed to the Democratic National Committee and stated bluntly, “the strategy and goals a potential Hillary Clinton presidential campaign would have regarding the 2016 Republican presidential field.” Here we find that the real conspiracy was Clinton manipulating the Republicans. “Clearly most of what is contained in this memo is work the DNC is already doing. This exercise is intended to put those ideas to paper.”

“Our hope is that the goal of a potential HRC campaign and the DNC would be one-in-the-same: to make whomever the Republicans nominate unpalatable to a majority of the electorate.”

The Clinton strategy was all about manipulating the Republicans to nominate the worst candidate Clinton called for forcing “all Republican candidates to lock themselves into extreme conservative positions that will hurt them in a general election.”

It was not Putin trying to rig the elections, it was Hillary. Clinton saw the Republican field as crowded and she viewed as “positive” for her. “Many of the lesser known can serve as a cudgel to move the more established candidates further to the right.” Clinton then took the strategic position saying “we don’t want to marginalize the more extreme candidates, but make them more ‘Pied Piper’ candidates who actually represent the mainstream of the Republican Party.”

The mini-Ice Age maybe coming faster than we expect. Giant-sized snowballs up to 3 feet in diameter have appeared along the Siberian coastline for a stretch of 11 km. The frozen balls appeared on the coastline near the village of Nyda above the Arctic Circle. The snowballs formed in late October when the Gulf of Ob rose up onto land and covered the beach in ice. As the water retreated, the remaining ice chunks rolled over creating snowballs which grew and grew in huge proportions. This area has reached near record cold for this time of year and snow cover has reached the highest level since 1998.

The degree of how morally debased many of those who have been supporting Hillary is being exposed just how anti-democratic these people are boarding on a virtual communist-like revolution. They have had the audacity to submit a petition to tell the electors not to vote for Trump on December 19th and still give it to Hillary saying they will pay the fines. This is so outrageous it would clearly instill bloodshed and an outright revolution. They claim to have over 2 million signatures and this is following the same path as the court in Britain saying the people had no right to decide their own future, only government.

This is the very same reasoning and call to arms that inspired the communist revolutions. It’s their way or no way. This is highly dangerous and makes one argue they should all be arrested as traitor to the constitution, confined the Arkansas, and then jettisoned from the nation and let them all regulate each other to create their world where they can live on other people’s money. This is so anti-democratic it is unbelievable. This makes a mockery of everyone who has ever died for this country and the fact that Hillary does not come out to condemn this is really troubling.

The petition states:

On 19 December the delegates of the electorate will vote. If they all agree, as their states have voted, Donald Trump will win. However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton when they choose. Even in countries where this is not allowed, their voice would be counted, they would simply pay a small fine – which we can be sure will pay the Clinton supporters gladly.

We call on the electoral men to ignore the voice of their states and to give their ballot papers to Clinton, Secretary of the Interior. Why?

Mr. Trump is not suitable. His hunt for the scapegoat among the Americans, his impulsiveness, bullying, lying, his tales of sexual assaults, and his utter lack of experience make him a danger to the Republic.

Secretary of State Clinton has received more votes and should be President.

Hillary won the votes of the voters. The only reason Trump is “won” is the system of the electors.

But the electors can vote for each of the candidates. Why, then, should we not use this undemocratic of our institutions to ensure a democratic result?

24 states have mandatory rules for the electors. If electors vote against their party, they usually pay a fine. And people get up. But anyway, they can choose whoever they want and there are no legal means to stop them in most states.

The nationwide protests against Donald Trump’s election have revealed that the socialist dream of robbing other people’s money to better your own life has exposed the true violent nation of such a movement. In Portland, thousands marched and some smashed store windows, lit firecrackers and sparked a dumpster blaze. Some 4,000 protesters surged into the downtown area late chanting “we reject the president-elect!” The computer projecting civil unrest will be on the rise many assumed would be right-wing people. But the violence is coming from the left who believe it is their right to oppress others for their own benefit.

I warned the 2016 is 112 years since the 1904 election when Marxism first took over the Presidency. This was the major turning point and we are witnessing how these people are no different from the supporter of Stalin. They would destroy the country and the system to get their way. This is really very disturbing. This would eliminate State’s Rights and by making the popular vote rule rather than state by state defeats the very structure of the “United States” for there would be no separation of power whatsoever. This is effectively gutting the entire concept of a democratic republic and transform the country into an authoritarian federal entity. All states should then also relinquish their representation in the Senate. To eliminate the electoral college means you must end the pretense of separate states.

With all the fun and games this week it was a fairly quiet day for the Nikkei closing just 0.2% higher on the day. The JPY also behaved itself but with dealers remaining fearful it is only time before we see another leg lower for the Yen. Shanghai finished the week on a positive note (+).8%) whilst the Hang Seng closed -1.7% lower.

Europe was also quiet after a crazy week but FTSE was hit again after seeing GBP strength. GBP benefited off of the back of Euro selling which closed down around 0.5%. If ever markets needed an excuse to rest today was that day. With Armistice Day in Europe and Veterans Day in the States it was a well earned rest for many and an excuse to widen spreads or back away entirely. The DXY continued its dominance and closed this week as its best of the year and on the day +0.25% just under 99. Emerging market currencies have all taken a hit against the USD with the Mexican Peso today losing 3% with the Brazilian Real and the South African Rand both down 2%.

The Bond market along with currencies was also the talk between dealers with European peripheries taking a bit of a hit. Treasuries were closed but the fear that the Italian referendum may follow recent popular decisions had a huge impact on BTP’s today. 10yr Italian government bonds lost 13bp closing the 10yr year at 2.02%. Germany held reasonably well as many still feel if anything happens they will get Deutsch Marks. 10yrs closed 0.305% (+4bp). Greece closed 7.03%, Turkey 10.53% (+19bp) and UK Gilts 1.36% (+2bp).

We could also see some volatility next week too but from the economic data perspective for a change. Next week in the States we have PP and CPI and a load of secondary data releases. All this will be closely inspected for clues to the likely movement by the FED. The market now assumes they finally move BUT not so sure now it will be one and done!

Let one government come up with a new idea how to extort money from the public, and it spreads like a contagion. Now California will begin issuing tickets to speeding bicyclists as well. I suppose you will soon need a license and then they can threaten to revoke your riding privileges. Will there be a license now for children to ride a bike? Next we will be looking at speeding tickets for walking because that will cause us to breath more and that might impact global warming. We are living in a war zone where government is out to just extort us for whatever nonsense it can think of next. Just how much more will the people take?

Change is the engine of advancement. We cannot advance without it and we never advance without first making a mistake. Today, I have never seen in politics reach such a low level. Most Democrats on Capitol Hill are showing how un-American they really are with this display of open hostility, resentment, and plain old being a sore loser. There has never been such open resentment ever between one party toward another. Hillary’s concession speech was more masked over anger for her personal loss than being magnanimous for the country. She even autographed a Newsweek Magazine – Madam President. It must have been devastating for her, but she refused to even address her crowd of supporters sending John Podesta to send them home.

The tensions became self-evident as the meeting between Trump and Obama highlighted. The tradition has been that there is a historical photo-op  between the current first couple and the incoming one. Even George W. Bush and his wife Laura observed that tradition when the Obamas visited the White House in 2008. This is not supposed to be political. However, Obama refused to keep with tradition showing this is a very divided nation and if the Democrats cannot rule by absolute decree, they refused to accept the democratic process. Melania Trump met separately with Michelle Obama and Trump met with Obama. There were no historic traditional photos taken. Again, they broke with tradition showing it is their way or no way. Obviously, Trump is not their president.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Warren is unwilling to even wait to see what Trump does. She ignored his acceptance speech as if it never took place and assumed he would attack minorities. “We will fight back against attacks on Latinos, African Americans, women, Muslims, immigrants, disabled Americans — on anyone,” said Warren.Warren would be a communist if she could and get away with it. She criticized Trump on the campaign trail in the weeks leading up to Tuesday’s election. “Whether Donald Trump sits in a glass tower or sits in the White House, we will not give an inch on this, not now, not ever.” Warren said Trump had “encouraged a toxic stew of hatred and fear” and during the campaign “regularly made statements that undermined core values of our democracy.” Yet the hypocrisy stemming from Warren is too much. She too has shown she does not respect the democratic process if it goes against her.

The only Democrat to reveal any respect for the people was Bernie Sanders who said “Donald Trump tapped into the anger of a declining middle class that is sick and tired of establishment economics, establishment politics and the establishment media.”  Sanders continued: “People are tired of working longer hours for lower wages, of seeing decent paying jobs go to China and other low-wage countries, of billionaires not paying any federal income taxes and of not being able to afford a college education for their kids – all while the very rich become much richer.” “To the degree that Mr. Trump is serious about pursuing policies that improve the lives of working families in this country, I and other progressives are prepared to work with him.”
